Terrible. Waited one week for next day delivery. Received text today to say shipment will arrive 1458-1658. Cancelled work commitments to be home during this time. Not only did they not turn up, but no text or call or email to say there was a delay. The website is useless, no contact details, no live chat box, absolutely terrible. The parcel is a present for my daughter’s birthday this weekend and now that’s ruined.
