Disgraceful customer service. Failed to deliver my item twice. I somehow managed to get through to the Depot who were beyond rude, disgustingly rude actually. Never apologised. I am absolutely raging as I have taken time off work to wait for the delivery. They have had my parcel for 5 days now and I still don't have it.They are a hateful, useless and vile company. DO NOt USE
