Cannot thank XDP staff enough, I received a text message this morning informing me that my parcel would be delivered between 10:45 and 12:45, this was inconvenient for me but they couldn't have been more helpful. They redirected my parcel to my daughters house. This is the kind of service I like and it eased a lot of stress as I couldn't be there. Thank you to everyone who assisted this morning.
