Absolutely appalling service!!! I have been waiting 3 weeks for my 48 hour delivery parcel which was needed for my cancer suffering brother. XDP says item was delivered scanned and closed, which is clearly was not and they can not track it down, as the item was bought on Ebay, the supplier, Ebay and Pay Pal have also been no help leaving me £130 out of pocket. The XDP web site is shocking, no numbers to call or helpline and the webchat will take you over and hour and a half to get through on with no help what so ever. DO NOT USE THEM, they are a criminal outfit not fit to be trading.
