Hopeless, take a day off as you get a text and an email advising of delivery slot, no sign, ring them and get a mobile number that doesn't pick up. Rank amateur service, quite frankly don't understand why companies use them, twice this has happened now when buying large items from Aldi (obviously not their fault) . Lack of professionalism, customer service and I would recommend that you avoid this company if at all possible. ATROCIOUS
