If I could give a 0 star I would.
The first day I was expecting a package - I received no notifications and was upstairs so I didn't hear the knock on the door (if there was one).
I had taken the day off work to sit around at home and wait for the delivery, but alas, it was a complete waste of a day.
It gets better.
The next morning, I received an SMS at 7:40am saying that the parcel could not be delivered and that it would be retried the following day.
Now I was confused. Was that the SMS from the previous day? Or was that for today? Had the delivery really come before 7:40am? That's hellishly unreasonable to do that without notifying me, if so.
I decided to get in touch with them. No phone numbers anywhere work, nor does the "live chat".
I sent an email. To my surprise, I got a response saying that despite the SMS saying that the delivery was cancelled, the package would be delivered today between 3 and 5pm.
Fine.
Another day off work.
It is now 7pm. There has been no delivery.
If you get an order that delivers through this company - cancel it.
