I was advised by my supplier, My delivery was scheduled for Monday 22nd dec. I confirmed via the web the package was in xdp depot 800. So I had taken a day off work but the delivery did not appeared.
I have left 3 voicemails through out the day as xdp lines don't seem to be getting answered? Requesting ETAs. Not one of the messages has been returned.
This is very poor customer service! I know it is a busy time but returning a message is a basic courtesy.
A whole holiday day wasted because xdp can't deliver when told.
I had further future orders planned with the supplier but I can't guarantee the delivery service so i am now looking at other vendors. Who use different courier s.
