Ordered a cot from Wayfair, delivery was in 4 parcels, only 3 have arrived with no contact from XDP to say when the 4th one will be arriving!! i have tried 3 times over the last 24 hours to speak to someone about this and yesterday i had to wait for an assistant on the chat for over 3 hours to then be cut off, tried again at around 4pm waited an hour until 5pm them then be told that they had closed the chat line.
What a complete balls up this company is!!!
