AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!
I wish to God I had read these reviews before ordering from Wayfair.co.uk. I'm still sat waiting for my delivery (which was given a time slot of 9.49am-11.49am) this morning... Needless to say I've had no contact from XDP and I've tracked my parcel only to find it says: Service Fail - Exception. What does that even mean?!
I've tried ringing a seemingly non-existent number and now I'm in a queue on 'live chat'... I've been in a queue for 1 hour and 15 minutes so far and I'm still only number 5 in it. So I'm guessing there are an awful lot of disgruntled customers wanting to know where their parcels are too.
I will be complaining to Wayfair and also to XDP... If I ever get through to them that is!
