Absolute joke of a service ... you think all is good - email and sms giving time slot and then they try and deliver 4 hours after it. Customer service is a joke - gave instructions to leave in a safe place and again failed to deliver or leave in a safe place and again 4 hrs late !! Now waiting for a 3rd attempt and have no faith they will arrive at all
UPDATE ... got email as I was sat at home that they had tried to deliver - absolute LIARS !! Still no parcel
