XDP driver delivered a bed bought new on eBay and left it with a ‘neighbour’ in the wrong street! Their communication and efforts to resolve this were pathetic and resulted in me going to the address to get a phone number from the occupant to try to resolve the issue myself. The suppliers eventually sent one of their own drivers to collect and deliver, so xdp didn’t even take responsibility and see the problem through. Awful service.
