Arguably the worst existing delivery company in the UK. On the first day of planned delivery, after being notified by a noreply text that it would take place between 1: 30pm and 4:30pm; nothing was delivered. There was no communication about the failed delivery and I had taken some time off work. I sent them an email and received no reply. After a dozen phone calls on the 3rd day, the delivery was finally dumped on the front door some time after 5pm. No apology in any shape or form.
The communication and customer service is exceptionally poor.
