xdp lost my parcels. did not answer my emails. live chat huge wait 60 mins? use a premium rate tel no building a large bill due to long waits.
nice staff though who personally tried to help but eventually told me to go back to the supplier for replacements.
don’t be fooled by the slick website the customer service is shambolic if things go wrong. xdp don’t take responsibility for their errors.
