Failed to pick up a scheduled "before 1pm" consignment.
Tracking information was not update until next day, as "Exception"
Only Premium-rate Customer Service number is available. Finally got through after 10 minutes. They claimed to have tried to pick up (I know for sure they did not) and said the collection would have to be re-booked for the following day. Hung up on me when I said this was not good enough.
How XDP are still in business is a mystery- perhaps it's the profits from the premium-rate customer service numbers?
I run my own company and regularly use TNT/Fedex, DHL, Hermes, UPS and other courier companies with no problems. I urge you to do the same. AVOID XDP!
