we use this company through another delivery company , the number of parcels we have going missing is unbelievable , next day deliveries can take up to a month if they arrive at all .
we are set up so that a signature is required on delivery 9 times out of 10 there isn't a signature and if there is it is a name not known to our customer , wish we didn't need to use them
