The only reason it even achieved a "one star rating" is because I can't add comments with no stars.
Absolutely shocking and I suspect rotten to the core. No customer service at all, no ownership of issues and no accountability at the top. How hard do customers have to shout using social media to get your attention. This all is very avoidable.

I'm still waiting for an acknowledgement or even better delivery of my bed I have been waiting for, two days later not even so much as a call, text or email. So a social media tirade here we come.
