Absolutely dreadful customer service. Extremely rude emails (no idea who I was emailing as the emails were not signed) and had to chase multiple times for an estimated delivery time, despite the fact that this was a 're delivery' because the delivery had been 'attempted' 2 days before (simply not the case as I stayed in all afternoon and did not receive a phone call to say the driver could not find the property, nor did I receive a card to say they had attempted delivery). I will avoid at all costs, and would recommend everyone do the same. Unfortunately this was for a product through Wayfair so I was not aware who would be delivering this, in future I will try and avoid. Like many people have stated, this company actually deserve 0 stars for their customer service. The phone line provided also doesn't work!
