Utterly useless. Promise delivery on a certain day, by text message in the morning, and then don't bother turning up. Don't answer emails. Completely unreliable and uncontactable. Beyond useless. Would give zero stars if possible as they are beyond bad. Downloaded the app but it tells me nothing more than the web tracking. Have emailed sender to tell them that parcel has not been delivered. Item still hasn't appeared.
