Was told I would receive the delivery 2 days ago between 6:22pm and 8:22pm (I was given no choice in this). It did not arrive. I then contacted them via email (on a Friday - the only part of the service that actually worked although they were very inflexible) who told me the driver had broken down the day before and that the only time they could deliver would be that day in the same time window. It is now Saturday and I have no parcel and cannot get hold of anyone at XPD. The live chat does not work nor does their email address (it keeps bouncing back) and nobody answers the phone. The tracking service is from the dark ages as is the website. Avoid at all costs!!
