If you think the bad reviews are overstating just how useless this company is, then think again!
They managed to lose the first parcel and then the replacement sent on a next day am delivery still hasn't arrived two days later. The tracking system is worthless and you cannot talk to anyone on the phone. Use anyone else ( a pony and trap would be faster) Please avoid!
