Waited in for 3 days now for a parcel to turn up. Advised date of delivery on Tuesday and just didnt bother to turn up with no notification! Checked the tracking which said they were coming Thursday...waited in for them and recieved a notification to say they attempted delivery. THEY DID NOT i was in the house and my dogs did not move an inch all night. I checked tracking again and they said they were re delivering Friday...again waited in and they have not shown. Absolutely shocking service!!!! They do not answer the phone and no option to leave a message!
