There’s tough competition out there, but XDP really do manage to be the worst courier service I’ve ever used. They really deserve zero stars. They’ll send you a message stating when they’ll deliver your item, but they won’t turn up. Then they’ll ignore your emails asking for an update on what they’ve done with your parcel. You’ll be left for days with no idea what’s happening. Honestly, use any alternative you can find, as this company is the worst of the worst.
