TERRIBLE!! have been waiting for a delivery since the 4th December! they have apparently 'attempted' a delivery 7 times now and I have been home every time making sure I am there during the allocated time! no buzzer, no phone call just an email saying a delivery was attempted. Call customer service and on hold for over half an hour! I am absolutely hopeless at this stage - it seems all reviews are similar - infuriating! Where is your customer service!!??
