Bought a made to order bed from aspire UK. XDP sent me text to say delivering on Wednesday. No consignment number or contact details. Asked Aspire to arrange weekend delivery as I couldn't get day off work which they did. Bed still turned up whilst I was at work o Wed. Driver rang me and asked if he could leave it with a neighbour-seriously how can you expect a neighbour to take in a great big bed. Tried emailing but no response. No way of contacting them. Why are these companies using such an awful XDP to mess up their sales.
