Very poor experience with this company. I ordered two items from the same company. On the XDP tracking website, both items were seen as being in the depot. The following day one of the items was delivered. The following day, the second parcel was still in their depot, according to the tracking information. They ignored my correspondence about this. After contact with the sellers, XDP said they would deliver, six days later. This did not happen. Despite trying to contact them and being in regular contact with the seller, I have now cancelled this order and received a refund. This is thirteen days after it had appeared to be in the depot. Absolutely dreadful service. It is the lack of customer service that annoys the most. Why have contact information when you just ignore customer queries?
