If I could give 0 stars, I would. I get a text from XDP saying they will be there between 1 and 3. I get an email at 12:30 saying they tried to deliver my item, but I wasn’t home (not true at all). I call the warehouse and they tell me they don’t have time to go through security (I live on a base). They ask if I can meet them at a roundabout...it’s a 9’x12’ rug and I drive a Honda Jazz. Then they tell me they’ll be back the next day and they never showed up. I’m not doing anymore business with wayfair.com as long as they are using this incompetent company
