I can honestly say that if wayfair continue to use XDP they will lose a hell of a lot of customers. Tracking is awful, parcel is 5 days late, finally got a delivery time last night and it didn't show up. Had no email or text to apologise. I have now cancelled the order and will ensure to never use a company that uses XDP to deliver their parcels. Their one star rating is 1 star to many in my opinion.
