Great help from regional manager Packages had been sat at depot for days so I contacted management and got a reply the same night advising the 2 items would be delivered the next day. The next morning I got a text and email with time slot. During the day i checked the tracking and it had shown as being back at the depot so i called the regional manager Jamie as his number was on the email i received, Jamie was very polite and apologetic and was on his way to the depot at that point and said he would call me back in 30mins. While I was waiting a call back I had a knock at the door xdp driver with 1 box, when I asked him if he had the other box he just shrugged his shoulders, just after that Jamie called me back and advised me the other box had been missed and still at the depot but will get it delivered tomorrow. The second package was delivered as promised and called back by jamie the regional manager as promised.
