The most appalling delivery company I know! Ordered item from The Range, received text message from XDP stating time they would deliver but item never arrived. Checked tracking link they sent and it stated item had been delivered! Sent them a few emails but never got a response. Contacted The Range who then contacted XDP but they said they'd delivered the item. Not true...they didn't! The Range has now agreed a full refund. What a nightmare delivery company. Don't use them.
