Despite 3 e-mails and still no reply I kept tracking parcel as advised by other customers. Was given a 2hr window 2.15 - 4.15
Parcel delivered by 2.25. quite large parcel which driver brought in lift upstairs, he was even concerned about his dirty boots on the carpet. No probs with driver and time of delivery a shame everyone else let xdp down!
