I had a faulty item that XDP were meant to be collecting on Friday. I received a collection reminder on Thursday and had the whole of Friday booked off. The driver didn't arrive. I contacted the customer services- the first time I was hung up on and the second time they just didn't answer. I have been charged £18.50 and still didn't speak to anyone. I haven't received a response to my email either. I have contacted Sports Direct to ask them about it. Shocking service!
