Useless. Given a non existent timeslot. App is useless....driver went in totally wrong direction. 4 hours after was meant to recieve delivery I get a notification that it's been left in a safe place....I dont know where that safe place is as the photo taken is of complete darkness and there is no package by my house. This is a large item (bed frame). Impossible to contact the courier company to advise them as the depot now shut. Ridiculous. Avoid like coronaovirus.
