Avoid like the plague! Absolutely shocking service. I would give zero stars if there was an option to do so.
Received a text 4 days early to advise delivery of parcel with a 2 hour time slot, surprise surprise no show! App is useless and they won’t speak to you over the phone. Called wayfair and they are investigating and advised I will hear back in a few days! I think I’ll avoid wayfair from now on if they are using unreliable delivery companies!
