The problem is that you only get a message on THE DAY that the item is going to be delivered and therefore have no time to plan to work from home, etc.
I also had the first delivery that didn't go ahead as the driver noticed the item was damaged. That is good of him of course, but no-one told me what had happened - all I knew was that I got a text to say something was going to be delivered and yet it wasn't?! I had to call the original people I ordered from to find out what had happened...
