Delivery on time but...white van was driven over a section of lawned area leaving large grooves...one small man unable to carry boxed lawnmower weighing 30kg (which is to be expected)..husband had to help as the delivery guy was struggling. Box was open and something's had fallen out. My husband had a slipped disc in his neck at the time, so I definitely was not happy.....
