I signed up for XDP ltd to collect and deliver my parcels we are a small company and we try hard to get our orders out the same day. signed up on a contract and paid the £250 bond ( we now use UPS AND FEDEX) no bond it needed. anyway cancelled the delivery service and had asked and asked and asked for the refund. nothing. so now we are taking them to county court for. its a very poor way to run a company and I will NEVER recommend them even to my worst enemy.
