Awful experience. I arranged my delivery to be delivered to my back drive as I’m a cancer patient and just had surgery on my throat . I’m a single mum to two boys and I’m classed as a vulnerable person so we are all in lock down for 12 weeks . The driver dropped first box on my front door step and rang my doorbell , stepped back to gate . I said hi sorry this needs to be delivered to my back drive . Nope cannot do that and walked away to get the bigger box .
