I am astounded that a company can get away with this level of incompetency over and over. Allegedly a delivery attempt was made (at 7.15 am on a Saturday of the app is to be believed). I was here. Obviously. We’re in lockdown. There was no attempt. No card through the door. We had zero contact telling us to expect a delivery. Now the phone lines are down and there has been no reply to emails.
As with most reviewers I’ve had to deal with XDP through an online purchase. Just dreadful.
