Waiting for a collection via XDP. Pick up was due yesterday to collect an extra sofa bed that was sent in error! Waited in all day. No answer on the customer service line and when it goes to the answer machine it cuts you off. When you do get a chance to leave a message they do not return your call. Today's slot is supposed to be from 3:00 - 6:00 am, obviously an error but cannot receive any confirmation from the company so I don't have to wait in another day. This is all very frustrating and not the way I wanted to spend my few days off!! This company needs to get its act together on the customer services side of things.
