Nightmare! Waste of space. Email 7th May they had mattress and 15th May still not received. Couldn’t get them to give delivery date. App not working. No response to phone calls and emails. Eventually made made progress got date and time - NO SHOW! NO DELIVERY! But advised it had been delivered 20 hours previously !?!?
Can’t get hold of anyone. What a shambles. Still don’t know where mattress is so advised supplier. In process have let two vulnerable people down with their weekly shop as unable to go out. Will NEVER use again. You are a disgrace
