XDP delivery driver delivered a parcel to a neighbour, reversed up the road while looking at his phone, mounted the pavement and into our boundary wall and knocked out part of the wall. The driver was obnoxious and flippant, wouldn't give any details, managed the find out it was XDP he was driving for but have contacted them several times but they are not interested. This company should not be allowed to operate
