XDP should of picked up a large parcel that was faulty it was scheduled for Friday 22nd May we waited all day / night they didn't turn up no courtesy phone call , I tried ringing the various phone numbers with no joy . Had an email today 26th May to say XDP would pick up the parcel between 2.24 -4.24 , again we waited in they didn't turn up they didn't ring , this company is a disgrace !!
The ebayseller /company is not interested either , they don't answer any messages & we can't get a refund till its returned back to them !!
