XDP Were due to collect a faulty rowing machine on May 8th. They sent me the labels and sent a reminder the day before. They didn't turn up and have made no contact whatsoever in the 4 weeks since then. Phonelines aren't working and they haven't responded to 5 emails so far. Needless to say I cant get a refund from the retailer until these idiots return it.
Avoid this company and anyone who uses them at all costs.
