Cannot give a zero
Cannot give a zero, shame because that is the level of service I received. All they had to do was collect a parcel for return to Aldi. Aldi arranged it and all was going well and I received a reminder from XDP the day before the arranged collection date saying XDP would contact me with a three hour window on the day of collection.
That was the last I heard from them, they did not turn up (three people were at home all day) and repeated emails over the next two days have been ignored. The website says I missed my collection date and a new date cannot be arranged.
