If I could leave a zero star rating I would. Non existent customer service. Don't reply to emails. Premium rate phone number, if you can get through. Left my parcel with my neighbour supposedly, even though I was in all day and can see their front door. No card left for said delivery. No photo taken of where parcel was left.
Their tracking app is useless.
Company should be shut down in my opinion 🤬
