A total disaster from start to finish. They didn’t turn up for the first two slots. Then they said they had lost the item at the warehouse. On the third time, a courier turned up late with the wrong item. He was very rude and reluctant to take back the item, implying that it was my fault! I had to persuade him to take it away. The next time, they didn’t turn up again. I had cancelled appointments to stay in and was at home all day. The next day, I checked their tracker and found out that it was recorded as delivery refused! You can only contact them by e mail or a very expensive premium phone number. I had to make all the running and get in touch with them constantly. I can’t imagine why any companies deal with them with such a record. Avoid. I would give zero stars if I could.
