Goods were delivered outside the slot and when asked by my elderly mother to help her lift a 18kg parcel inside the house, the driver replied with 'What is your surname', then turned his back and walked off ignoring her request.
I have emailed and left voice messages with the company, but no reply. I will be passing my feedback however to the company that uses them.
Poor and uncaring service.
