Broken promise after broken promise. Finally offered a Saturday deliver as compensation for failing to load the package onto their local delivery round. Quoted 'Route 50' which it stated would guarantee that it would come today (Saturday. Told that drivers on Saturday deliveries are normally back from their rounds by 2.30 pm so I would be certain to have it by then. No sign of any driver today.
