Absolutely terrible company. Ordered through them for a Mother’s Day gift and fully expected that due to it being sent internationally that there would be a delay. The day before the expected delivery date, tracking still showed the package was not received by PostNL. I contacted Customer Service and an agent snarkily told me I was wrong about expected delivery then gave me a USPS tracking link that showed a label was created but not yet in the system.
When I pushed back, yet another agent responded and advised that I gave them an invalid address and it was being returned to them by PostNL and that is why neither tracking worked. The address is not invalid and if that was the case, tracking would have showed return to sender.
I’m now in a back and forth for a refund, which will be reported for fraud to my bank if they do not process within 24 hours.
