Kevin was an excellent engineer. He phoned beforehand to let me know his arrival time and then he was punctual. He removed his shoes before entering my home. He had all the necessary tools and equipment with him. He serviced the boiler efficiently, and without having to ask me for the manual. He correctly identified and then rectified a small plumbing issue before he left. A very polite and competent engineer. I hope they will send him again next year.
